Welcome to Kovaty, a fashion tool focused on AI-powered clothing creation. By downloading, installing, and using Kovaty, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement. This Agreement explains how you can use the App, your rights and responsibilities when using the App, and our commitments to you.
Kovaty is designed to help you generate diverse and realistic outfit renderings from text descriptions, providing a simple and user-friendly experience for daily outfit references, fashion creative designs, and personalized outfit creation. Importantly, the App does not require you to create an account or log in with any credentials—you can start using all its features immediately after downloading, without providing any personal information. All data you generate or input while using the App is stored exclusively on your local device, and we do not access, transfer, or share any of your data with external parties.
We do not collect any facial information under any circumstances. This means we never access, capture, store, or process any facial data, including but not limited to facial features, facial recognition data, biometric facial information, or any images containing facial content. Kovaty is designed solely for AI clothing creation and outfit rendering, and facial information is irrelevant to the App’s core functions. We will never request access to your device’s camera for the purpose of capturing facial images, nor will we process any uploaded images to extract or analyze facial features. Your facial privacy is fully protected when using Kovaty, as we have no mechanism or intention to collect any form of facial data at any stage of your App usage.
You may use Kovaty solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, including generating outfit renderings for your own reference, creating fashion designs for personal use, and exploring different穿搭 styles. You agree to use the App in a way that is respectful, responsible, and consistent with the intended functionality of the App.

Our focus is solely on clothing and outfit elements, and facial information is completely ignored and never stored or processed. To ensure a positive experience for all users and protect the App’s functionality, you agree not to use Kovaty in any of the following ways:
We strictly prohibit any use of the App that involves collecting, uploading, or sharing facial information. Since the App does not collect any facial data, any attempt to use the App to capture or process facial information will not be possible. We have designed the App to exclude all facial data collection and processing, and any use of the App in violation of this commitment is prohibited.
All data you generate or input while using Kovaty—including text descriptions, outfit renderings, and App usage preferences—is stored exclusively on your local device. We do not access, store, or transfer this data to our servers. You have full control over all your data at all times.
You may delete any of your data at any time using the App’s built-in deletion features (such as deleting individual renderings, clearing input history, or resetting App preferences). If you uninstall the App, all data associated with the App will be permanently deleted from your device, as it is not backed up to any external location.
We do not collect, store, or process any facial information, so there is no facial data associated with your use of the App. You never have to worry about managing or deleting facial data, as our App is designed to completely exclude facial information from all data collection and storage processes. Your facial privacy is protected by our strict "no facial data" policy, which ensures that your facial information remains private and secure.
The App itself, including its code, design, features, logos, and trademarks, is owned by us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the outfit renderings you generate using the App for personal use. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify these renderings solely for the purpose of improving the App’s functionality and providing you with better service (this license does not allow us to share your renderings with third parties or use them for commercial purposes without your consent).
Since we do not collect any facial information, we will never claim any rights to facial data or use facial information in any way related to intellectual property. All intellectual property related to the App and your generated content excludes any facial information, as we do not collect or process it.
We may occasionally release updates to the App to improve its functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. These updates may be automatic or require your manual approval, depending on your device settings. By using the App, you agree to accept these updates, as they may be necessary to ensure the App works properly and securely.
We may also perform maintenance on the App from time to time, which may temporarily affect access to the App. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any planned maintenance, but we are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by temporary service interruptions.
Any updates or maintenance to the App will not include any features that collect, store, or process facial information. Our commitment to not collecting facial data remains unchanged with any App updates, and we will never add functionality that involves facial information collection or processing.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. We may terminate this Agreement and your access to the App if you violate any of the terms set forth in this Agreement. If we terminate the Agreement, you must stop using the App and uninstall it from your device.
Upon termination, all data stored on your device related to the App will remain on your device (unless you choose to delete it), and we will not have any access to or control over that data.
Termination of this Agreement does not affect our commitment to not collecting facial information. Even after termination, we will never have collected or stored any of your facial data, and your facial privacy remains protected.
We may occasionally update this User Agreement to reflect changes in the App’s features or our practices. Any updates will be displayed within the App, and you can review the updated Agreement at any time. Using the App after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
Even if we update this User Agreement, our commitment to not collecting any facial information will remain unchanged. We will never add any terms that allow for the collection, storage, or processing of facial information, and any updates will reaffirm our commitment to protecting your facial privacy.
To further emphasize our commitment to protecting your facial privacy, we want to restate clearly and explicitly: Kovaty does not collect, store, process, or use any form of facial information at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, facial images, facial features, facial recognition data, biometric facial data, or any other information related to your face. Our App is designed exclusively for AI clothing creation and outfit rendering, and facial information is not relevant to any of our core functions. We do not request access to your device’s camera for the purpose of capturing facial images, nor do we allow any uploads of facial images or process any content to extract facial data. Even if you accidentally upload an image containing a face, our App will not recognize, store, or process the facial content—only the clothing and outfit elements will be used for rendering purposes, and the facial information will be completely ignored and discarded. Your facial privacy is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring that your face remains private and protected while using Kovaty. You will never have to worry about your facial data being collected, shared, or misused when using our App, as we have built Kovaty with a strict "no facial data" policy that is integrated into every aspect of the App’s design and functionality.
